SHIPPING

All orders will ship from Bishop, CA within 5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number once your items have shipped. Please contact me directly at ilah@rangeoflightcandles.com if you need any specific shipping instructions.

LOCAL PICKUP

If you live on the Eastside or are passing through, you may pick up your order directly from my workshop located in downtown Bishop. Please select “LOCAL PICKUP” at checkout which will remove the cost of shipping. I will email you within 5 business days to coordinate an appointment for pickup.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

All sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or broken, please email me at ilah@rangeoflightcandles.com within 3 days of receipt. Please attach a photo of the damaged item. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly and provide your tracking number.

The name, Range of Light Candle Co., is taken from the John Muir epithet for the Sierra Nevada Range which captures the breathtaking way in which light plays in the steep, granite alpine high country.
